For the dough

  • 1 package samosa or spring roll sheets
  • 1 tablespoon flour mixed with water to seal
  • Oil for frying or brushing if baking

 

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese with chopped onion, black pepper, paprika, and salt until well combined.

  2. Place one samosa sheet on a flat surface and fold it into a cone shape.
  3. Add one tablespoon of the cheese filling inside the cone.

  4. Seal the edges using the flour and water mixture to prevent leakage.
  5. Repeat the shaping process with the remaining sheets and filling.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the samosas until they turn golden brown and crispy, then remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
